Last night, when I couldn't sleep, I went back and looked through photos from our first month and a half here. We visited so many places, I took so many pictures in that time period... I'm wondering where we found the energy? We were definitely in the "honeymoon" phase of our move, basking in the new and exciting, eager for something new every free moment. This photo represents the energy of our early time here, from the Giro d'Italia stage we watched in Milan in May. If only my calves looked that good...I'm traveling to the US tomorrow so my Photo-a-Day may be a little interrupted. I've stocked my memory stick up on photos so I'll continue next week. AND I'll have a new lens waiting for me in Corvallis - can't wait to play with a new toy!!
